This is probably a very far cry but one of my girlfriends said I should ask anyway.
Anyone here looking to build up their portfolio and want to shoot my small wedding Saturday the 17th? We can't pay much *around $50* but you wouldn't be there for a long time either. Just the short ceremony and some family photos and some candid ones after. Unless you wanted to stay later or come earlier which you are more then welcome too.

I'm hoping the resident MN photographers will be able to steer me in the right direction. I've spent the past 45 min with Google and Superpages.com trying to locate a business in the Twin Cities area that does 35mm slide scanning / digital conversion for storage on DVD / CD-ROM.
My dad, who lives outside the area, isn't comfortable shipping his slides and wants to preserve family history. He's willing to drive up to the Cities (where I'm located) with his cargo knowing that I'm around to pick up the slides and end result when the job is finished.
The one option I've managed to find is Pearson Imaging in New Hope. Anyone know of others? Ideally I'd like to have a few options, compare, etc.
